Our custom homes are built with Insulating Concrete Forms (ICFs) and provide owners with the following benefits: R-40 to R-50 insulation - reducing heating costs by 44-80%; healthier air - ICFs reduce air infiltration by 75%, bringing in fewer outside pollutants which can reduce the symptoms of airborne allergies; quieter living - ICF walls allow less than 1/3 as much sound to pass through than ordinary frame walls; superior fire ratings - an ICF home can withstand up to 4 hours of 2000 degree heat without failing.
