Mcgill's Hotel and Casino transcends back to the turn of the century when John Patrick McGill, a physician and horse breeder, departed Ireland's shores on his father's clipper ship. He migrated to the bustling gold town of Cripple Creek and built the finest saloon anyone had ever laid eyes on. Today, J.P. McGill's still lives up to its founder's lofty dream. Though the original establishment burned in 1896, its contemporary namesake is considered one of the premier gaming houses in Colorado.
