Kids Exercise Class!

A unique exercise class that would include movement, theatre, and core strengthening all in one for ages 8-14
Begins May 17, 2011
Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:45pm-4:45pm

Drop in Class $12.00

If you sign up for both classes you get $4.00 off at a cost of $20.00 per week due Tuesdays and can be paid monthly
This exercise class is like no other in the city. By using expressive arts therapy movement (IEATA) you are not just getting an exercise class but a wide range of art movement that builds confidence, development of therapeutic movement, and healing.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in, bring a mat for core movement, and please wear dance shoes of some type.
