Special Kids Special Families

Special Kids Special Families (SKSF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization located in Colorado Springs. Founded in 1998 to provide community support services to families who are raising youth with special needs. Our agency noted a lack of community services to prevent out of home placement for youth and young adults. Respite care, specialized foster care, adult day programs, and adult host home programs have evolved from this need. We have several programs such as Zach's Place, Trenton's Friends, Joey's Place, I-CAN/Adult Services, Therapeutic Foster Family Care, and Adult Host Home Care.
