2nd Annual Hispanic Heritage Festival at PPSC

Pikes Peak State invites the community to join us in celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept 15-Oct 15) at our second annual Hispanic Heritage Festival on Friday, September 28 from 11am-3pm at our Centennial Campus (5675 S Academy Blvd). This event is sponsored by the Latino Alliance, an affinity group on campus consisting of staff, faculty and students who are committed to promoting unity among students of various Hispanic/Latin cultures, and developing awareness of and appreciation for differing perspectives. Join us for traditional fare (for purchase) from local food trucks, live music and folklorico performances, vendors and resource booths and even a 'show and shine' car show! This event is free, family friendly and open to the public. Parking will be available in lots B and C with food trucks and vintage cars in lot D. Direct entry is available to the atrium for performances and booths. We hope you will join us to celebrate the vibrant Hispanic heritage growing in the Pikes Peak region!
