INTRO TO FAMILY CAPOEIRA WORKSHOP

Join Brazilian Capoeira for a Intro to Family Capoeira Event for adults and youth ages 8 and up on Thursday, April 6th at 6:30 pm. Come see the studio, meet instructors and learn more about capoeira in an intro class.

In this one-hour class, you and your kiddos will get on the floor to learn basic movements, simple acrobatics, some of the music used in capoeira's unique practice, and more about the history of this unique Brazilian martial art. Plus, take advantage of Intro Workshop Day Only registration discounts for new students.

Have a little one that wants to participate but is too young for Family Class? Bring them to an Intro To Capoeira for Kids ages 5-7 on Tuesday, April 4th at 5:30 p.m.
