Open House - Kismet Mosaic

When purchasing Kismet Mosaic in June 2019 it was always part of Juanita Canzoneri’s business plan to expand the product lines into the area of Home and Commercial Tile Décor. Now, on our 5th anniversary it is finally a reality.

Over the past 6 months the front portion of Kismet Mosaic has been transformed into a tile showroom, while keeping the mosaic tiles and supplies our mosaic clients know us for. We are hosting this Open House to debut our new space, and the sheeted tile offerings within.

Since its formation in 2012 Kismet Mosaic has been known for providing quality, colorful tile made with recycled glass to mosaic artists and hobbyists. When the 2nd owner of this business took over, she continued that goal, expanding the tile lines to include glazed ceramic tiles and a second line of glass tile with an external coating as the colorant.

Local mosaic artist, Juanita Canzoneri, moved Kismet Mosaic to the Colorado Springs Audubon Shopping Center at N Union Blvd and Van Buren St. Since then, Juanita has added a line of heritage porcelain tile, Winckelman’s, as well as mirrored glass and other mosaic materials.
