Spring Dance Showcase

The Pikes Peak State College Dance Department is proud to present the "Spring Showcase 2023" which features performances by the PPSC’s Student Company, High Altitude Dance Ensemble (HADE), as well as PPSC’s Spring Semester technique classes.
Act 1 will highlight HADE’s take on the influence, beauty, & fury of mother nature. From the power & fury of fire, to the strength of tree roots and the ability for its limbs to sway in the wind, to the blooming of flowers; graceful gesture meets athletic performance in a whirlwind of movement including an Afro-Brazilian inspired new work, by guest artist & UCCS Assistant Professor of Dance, Rosely Conz. Act 2 will feature a variety performance of Spring semester dance classes including: Ballet, Belly Dance, Hip Hop and Jazz.
