Dr. Bart G. Christiansen, DDS

Dr. Bart Christiansen grew up in Wyoming and later graduated from BYU with a BS degree in microbiology before attending Creighton University for Dental School. He graduated in 1988 from Creighton, and worked as an associate dentist for one year, then began his private practice in 1990. He and his wife, Leslie, have been married for over 40 years and have six children and more than a few grandchildren. His patients affectionately call him “Dr. Bart”. He loves the outdoors and enjoys camping, fishing, and mowing the lawn for mental therapy.

Dr. James Christiansen, DDS

Dr. James graduated from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in May 2009. He was in a dental practice for 7 years in Northern Wyoming and joined Christiansen Dental in 2012. He and his wife, Kristin, have a daughter, Eve, a son, Owen, and two doodle dogs, Molly and Stella. He enjoys hiking outdoors in Colorado and is an avid fisherman and golfer.

Our Process

On your first visit, our dentists in Centennial, will review your medical and dental history and be happy to answer any questions you may have. Any necessary X-rays will be taken, and in most cases, we will clean your teeth. If you need an additional appointment for dental treatment, we will schedule it at that time.

We are a family who enjoys our profession and the opportunity to work with many different people. Bart (older, better looking) has been practicing since 1988, and James (younger, in better shape) since 2009. John, pictured here with Bart, followed in his father’s footsteps and joined our practice in 2022. Our goal is to provide state-of-the-art dentistry in a friendly and comfortable environment.

Don't be anxious or nervous!

We have Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) available in all of our dental chairs at NO EXTRA CHARGE. We can also provide you with a prescription for an oral anti-anxiety medication that many of our patients have found to be very helpful. It may even make us bearable!

I have since moved out of state and still schedule an appointment with them whenever I get to Denver. I have excellent teeth and I attribute it to the phenomenal care I receive from the staff of Christiansen Dental. They are straightforward with what you need dental wise, as well as caring about nutrition, breathing, and any changes thereof that affect the structure of your mouth, teeth, and gums. Cost is very reasonable.
