Let’s face it - life is hard. I help people to make it through life’s rough spots by better understanding themselves and others, learning how to communicate more effectively, functioning better in relationships, and better managing difficult emotions.

I aim to be compassionate, warm, and nonjudgmental so that you feel safe to open up in sessions and express all the things that you might typically keep to yourself. When most of my clients first come to see me, it may appear on the surface that they have it all, or have it all together. However, inside, they are feeling sad, tired, irritable, or have been having trouble in their relationships. They may be dealing with grief, uncertainty, or are going through a rough spot in life. They usually tell me that they have tried to fix things on their own, but are finding that they need something more.

I hope to be able to support you through these challenging times by providing a safe space for you to be yourself and share what’s on your mind while working to build the skills to create meaningful and lasting change.
